ICEBATH IMMERSION ❄️

For the first part of the event, we shall be doing some group breathwork together, followed by an individual ice bath immersion. This is an opportunity to do an ice bath with me and experience the power of cold water that will leave you feeling transformed, renewed, and reborn. ❄️🔥

Ice baths hold immense power in clearing our energy field, reconnecting to ourselves, and lastly, hold immense cathartic power—it's a practice of self-transformation. 🔥

All participants will undergo a preparation and discovery call with me prior to the event so that they can reap the maximum benefit from the cold exposure experience and fully prepare.

All participants will be supervised by me and guided accordingly throughout the whole experience. If you've been wanting to experience this, learn how you can incorporate this into your day-to-day life.

After undergoing an ice bath together, now it's time for the seriously good stuff—some awesome hearty pizza straight from the fire of Love! 🔥

Throughout the night I'll be preparing several handpicked mouthwatering pizzas. 🍕

Throughout the night, free-flowing drinks will also be provided, and a special dessert at the end. This is an all-you-can-eat event, so let's connect through some delicious food—made from my heart to yours. ❤️
