ICEBATH WORKSHOP ❄️

Together with me, I shall guide you through the process of cold exposure; we will also be doing breathwork before the ice bath session to help us ease into and be ready to undertake the ice bath.

I will be showing and guiding you step by step how to properly icebath, and how this practice can be added to your weekly or daily routine to increase RESILIENCE and CONQUER ADVERSITY. Our bodies don't know the difference between overcoming an obstacle/adversity and undertaking an icebath, it's positive stress - so what we learn inside the icebath is how to remain calm in the midst of challenge and adversity.

All participants will receive guidance from me throughout the workshop.

After the sessions, I will serve some refreshing Kombucha to everyone in the group. Drinking Kombucha after an ice bath is invigorating, energising and refreshing. This has been my experience.

All participants must agree to undertake a cold shower preparation before joining the event on the 28th of September. This will help with prepping up mentally and physically for the ice bath.

Afterwards, bathroom and showering service will be provided to those who wish to have a warm shower.
